Fraudulent Charge

If you see a charge on your credit card or bank statement that seems fraudulent, use these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Check your email to ensure you didn't accidentally forget about a payment you made.
  2. Double-check with your spouse or partner to see if they might have paid for an event and forgot to let you know. We understand, this happens sometimes!
  3. If you are sure that the charge is fraudulent, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company. Contact them and let them know that you believe your card has been compromised.
  4. Send a message to help@payit2.com let us know your concerns. Please include the Collect Page URL, your full name, and what exactly you see on your card statement.
